"All’arrivo la casa era fredda in modo insopportabile, abbiamo dovuto dormire per terra perché al piano di sotto non si poteva soggiornare. La sauna era inutilizzabile perché pare avrebbe tolto energia al Funzionamento del riscaldamento. Per il caminetto mancavano gli strumenti per accenderlo. Le stanze al piano di sopra invece erano completamente riscaldate. Forse avrebbero dovuto iniziare prima le procedure per l’accoglienza. Abbiamo chiamato per risolvere questi problemi e dal mattino dopo è stato tutto risolto alla perfezione."
