"Absolutely lovely staff and accommodated an early check-in. Staf very polite and helpful, and we felt very safe, especially as I also had a disabled daughter. For a 3* hotel this was clean and comfortable. Also, it is very good value for money. The lady 'Salaam' from the breakfast team was very helpful and kind. The hotel also recommended a driver for a tour - he was great. Location is really good. Sim card shop and bank both a 2 min walk. Nice eating places within walking distance and, of course close to the airport. Thank you Wassamar 😊"
"Nothing. However, it would have been good to explain in advance that you need to walk down to the minibus parking to receive your complimentary shuttle. I was expecting someone with my name in arrivals. However, it wasn't too much of a problem as we only waited about 10/ 15 minutes for the shuttle."
