"The room was incredibly spacious and clean, easily accommodating everyone with ample space. We appreciated that the extra bed we requested for our child was already in the room upon arrival, and it was a good, extra-large size. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge convenience. The hotel's strategic location was also a major plus, being close to numerous restaurants and cafes, and having two ATM machines right outside was incredibly handy. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful."
"However, there were a few areas for improvement. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and very slow, often not working properly. Thankfully, we had purchased local SIM cards, so this wasn't a major issue for us. A more significant concern was the bathroom, where water leaked from the shower area, making the floor wet and very slippery. Lastly, the bed was not very comfortable and felt quite soft, causing us to sink in, which suggests it could benefit from an upgrade."
