"This is a top five-star luxury hotel. The staff all over the hotel (front desk, restaurants) are excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Reasonably priced laundry. The departure transfer was well priced and was in a comfortable car."

"There was a problem with the water in the room (water pressure, hot water slow to come) but it's a problem for the whole city."

"My first visit was not good due too the smell from the Kitchen Restaurant as it was all in my clothes but I met Genet the Guest relations Manager while I moving to Sheraton she has convinced me to stay back and fixed the issue I thank her for her follow up in resolving the issue immediately and extend my stay. I definitely will be back and recommend too."
