"Beautiful apartment with everything you could need in terms of facilities. Superb location, 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, about 2 minute walk to a supermarket, less than 10 mins to La Colina train station and 10 minute drive from the airport. Beautiful balcony room with absolutely breathtaking view."

"Very little to complain about! A few stubborn ants that seemed to be coming from a neighbouring apartment, just became irritating enough to affect my score unfortunately. But common sense and cleaning up keeps their numbers small"

"The apartment is a good size and has good cooking facilities. The house is very clean and you have all the items you need apart from a chop board. The host is great.and very responsive. Easy to park a car out side the property and not a great distance walking in to playa blanca. Shops are about a 5 minute drive to the spar which is a great size with plenty of stock. We had apartment one the living space boasted a decent sofa, with WiFi connected tv which is great for Netflix with small children during the hotter times of the day. Easy check in progress and check out. Plenty of sunbeds and seating outside as a family of 6 we didn't have an issue sitting down for a meal outside in the sun or evening. The garden is a suntrap, although not a negative. shade would be better if you have smaller children like us Overall although there was something we didn't like we would definitely stay again."

"The apartment is fully equipment. The flat contain all things to stay with the family. The kitchen has fully equipment with any spices, coffee, oils. There is also located washing-machine and dryer with whole chemicals to clean. In the living room TV with Netflix. The host is very helpfull with any things. The location quiet close to beach 3 min by walk. No problem with free parking on the steet. A lot walking path at the seaside."

"A wonderful little apartment . It’s location was great for the shops the bus stop and main paseo. Francisco made sure we had lots of information about amenities and local area. Having a lift was added bonus after a long day of walking! Was surprised the area was so quiet at night which made for a good nights sleep. Oliva truly is a great little town made even better by Francisco’s accommodation"
