L'boutique-hotel Central està establert al centre de Narva, en una zona tranquil·la i segura davant de la comissaria de policia. L'edifici va ser construït al final del segle XIX per l'alcalde de Narva i va ser convertit en un alberg el 2002. Hi ha una terrassa a l'aire lliure, una sala de reunions i una terminal d'interimpecable a la tercera planta. Al bar se serveix l'bufet continental al matí i plats a la carta a la nit. L'alberg Central és a 300 m del castell i del riu de Narva i ofereix unes vistes particularment boniques al riu i a la fortalesa d'Ivangorod, a la riba russa.

"Central does mean 'central' if you want a five minute walk to see the fortresses or the border crossing....or even Lidl! Staff were excellent and sorted out my mistake in booking the wrong day despite not speaking English by phoning someone who did. Room was clean and comfy and great value as I don't need bells and whistles. You choose your one hot breakfast dish the night before.... omelettes are different from the UK but tasty."
