"El personal és molt amable i la cuina està ben equipada. Esta bastant ben situat tot i que a dant d"una pujada considerable jeje però cap drama. Els llits tenen cortina per major privacitat."

"Algunes habitacions que donen al carrer son molt sorolloses. Se senten els cotxes passar que sembla que els tinguis dins el llit, per sort a partir de les 22-23h hi ha poquet trafic. Hi ha pocs wc per les persones que caben al hostel i dutxa i wc estan junts així que sovint estan ocupats."

"Nice service, they organized a white water rafting tour for us which was really fun and we could store our luggage and use the kitchen even after check out. Everything is nice and clean :)"

"The staff was very nice even at 2am in the morning when coming from Cuenca. Nice room, clean bathrooms available on all floors. Nice common areas with kitchen, amazing rooftop with the views. Close to big supermarket, hike, basically everything. Would stay again."

"Excellent price/quality ratio. The hostel is clean, has great shared space (nice kitchen, lots of areas to chill), there's even a movie room. The room we had was quite spacious and since there was not a lot of guests in the hostel, the number of shower/bathroom was fine. Location is okay if you can walk (15/20min from the bus station and 10/15min to the center)"

"Only one of the shower downstairs had hot water, the one with electric shower. And the paper in the toilets has almost always been empty."

"The rooms aren't very soundproof, so when there are other guests chatting in common areas or opening/closing dorm doors, it can be a little loud."

"The place was super clean. The staff is always cleaning. The location is excellent too and in a quieter part of the city. There is a kitchen which can be used to cook and store your food. Loved the movie room. Great place to chill and unwind after a big day. The hostel is higher up giving you a good view of the city. There is also a rooftop chill area. Although standard practice for most hostels in Ecuador (fire hazard). The entrance is locked, but it is easy to exit without needing staff to unlock it. This was more comforting as you can exit in case of emergency..... unless there is no power."

"There were 2 WiFi accounts, and the one supplied didn't work in the bedrooms. Despite asking 3 times, the second WiFi password wasn't supplied. So you could only access WiFi in the common area. The hostel was fumigated, which is good, except we were only given 3 hours' notice to vacate the property for 3 hours. I don't think this was enough time as you could still smell the fumigation products. Hate to think what I inhaled."
