"Good location - quiet but walkable to all amenities"

"Very large comfortable room with many windows and lots of storage."

"Good location (we walked 5 minutes to our favourite restaurant, then another 10 to a great beach). Swimming pool was nice, refreshing in the evening. Breakfast was simple but good, ideal for fuelling before hikes or longer tours. Staff was very friendly and always available. They also helped with our laundry (at an extra cost). The room was cleaned every day (towels, bins emptied, sheets etc). We were pleasantly surprised to see they have filtered water in the hotel hallway."
"There was a bit of noise at times at night from other guests (walls are not soundproof). The initial cleanliness of the room was not perfect (there were some stains in the bathroom). There was a little hole where the AC pipe went outside through which one day a little (harmless) lizard came in. The cost of laundry was almost twice that in the city (which we had to use one day because they couldn't wash our clothes in time for our trip)."

"Nice, quiet location with a comfortable room and good A/C. There was hot water, and breakfast was lovely—eggs, bread with butter and jam, fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. They start serving early, which is excellent if you need to catch a ferry or go on a tour."
"The only downside is the early morning noise—lots of foot traffic in the outdoor hallways between 6 and 7 AM, which can be disruptive if you’re trying to sleep in."

"Location a bit far from downtown. Sometimes WiFi a bit slow. Lady serving breakfast one morning very upset when we arrived at 9:10 with breakfast ending at 9:30. She thankfully still served us, but afterwards informed us of new hours only until 9am. Made sure to check each evening just in case hours changed."
