"The shower leaked into the outside of the bathing area, so there was always water on the floor after using that we had to dry each time. The water in the sink disappeared a bit too slowly."

"Charming, colonial style boutique hotel with lovely and ornate styling. All staff were friendly and very helpful both at reception and breakfast. The breakfast room was in the courtyard with well planted tropical borders including some magnificent travellers palms and a nice pool and loungers; perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. Breakfast was simple with juice, eggs, bread and coffee or tea. Our ensuite bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a comfy sofa, air conditioning, refrigerator and bottled water provided. In a pleasant neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to the Malecon and close to shops and restaurants. A few minutes walk from the bus stop for Express Bavaro/Aptpra bus from Punta Cana and Joaquin Balaguer (line 1) metro station."

"A provision of shampoo/shower gel would have been helpful. We felt it was a bit wasteful that the bar of soap was taken every day which we were happy to continue using. In the end we hid the one in use so we didn't have to start a fresh one unnecessarily. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner."

Gli ambienti comuni sono davvero molto belli e curati, e l’area piscina è particolarmente piacevole, perfetta per rilassarsi in tranquillità. Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con cortesia e professionalità. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio adiacente all’hotel, un valore aggiunto importante. La camera era confortevole, semplice e pulita, con climatizzatore perfettamente funzionante, elemento fondamentale considerando il clima di Santo Domingo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno più che soddisfacente. Lo consiglierei sicuramente!"

Lo volvería a elegir sin duda, y sobre todo el personal muy atento, amable. Que decir de los desayunos, muy rico. No me tocó la alberca ya que cuando me hospedé estaba en remodelación al parecer."
