"It Is some center of Colonial part of Santo Domingo, where are there many restaurants, locals. It is busy during the night and day, as well."

It's safe and walkable to lots of interesting/tourist areas. The hotel may need some renovation but its a great deal for the price, you got a comfy bead and AC working."
