"The friendliness and efficiency of the team at Barcelo Santo Domingo was beyond great! Starting with Miss Handy Peña at the front desk in reception! She is amazing!!! Handy efficiency gone the extramile to acomodate my personal needs and to make sure I enjoy my stay. Another super start was Aurelio from the guys helping with bags... He was also very helpful, friendlyl and a great listener! The Bed and the cleanness of the room 602 was fantastic! Right up to the level of class of the Hotel."
