"It was a bit tricky to leave our luggage early but the café across the street where their breakfast is served was very helpful"
"This property is unbelievable, so spacious, the building itself use to be a stable, now it’s the most beautiful build accommodation. I wouldn’t call it villa as that’s too modern , I would call it mystery magical, manor house. The owner gave us keys, we had to lock up gate going out of the garden every time we wanted to go out or back in as people or tourist passing were intrigued to see this magical house thinking it was some kind of state building to visit. It has got a church or monumental feeling from outside. I recommend staying at this property, we had wonderful stay, paid for breakfast too which was served just outside of the building at the local cafe. There si a lot of activities going on in Poděbrady in the summer months, beautiful promenade close by offers cafes, bars and restaurants. Also supermarkets are walkable from the property."

"A beautiful manor house surrounded by blooming garden and mature trees in the centre of the town was unexpected in a good way. Our suite with a spacious room with a large comfortable bed was well appointed, and the small kitchenette added comfort. The breakfast in the, walk to Cafe, was very satisfying."

"The location is very convenient. The villa and garden is amazing - different type of accommodation - privacy."
"The villa was not clean - cobwebs on walls, kitchen drawers untidy, breadcrumbs in baskets, full ashtrays on the patio. There was broken lamp and we had to fix the bed. More importantly what was missing was toiletries in the bathroom and proper towels. Also it would be nice to have bottled water available during the stay. Sparkling wine was promised with 2 night stay at booking but we did not get any. Also Wi-Fi connection is weak and not through the whole villa."
