A wellness area with a hot tub, a sauna and an indoor swimming pool is provided at Complex Hoteler Berg in Staré Splavy, 200 metres from the shore of the Máchovo Jezero Lake. The lloc d'estada’s own univers culinari serves international cuisine and features a terrace. All rooms come with classic furniture, a seating area and a flat-screen satellite TV. Swimming can be enjoyed in the lake and a miniature golf course can be found 200 metres away. Fishing is possible in a small lake located 500 metres from the adreça. The Bezděz Castle is 13 km from the property and the Gothic Houska Castle can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Free private parking is possible in front of the mansió and the closest bus and train station is 300 metres away.

"This is a nice hotel located near the lake. We liked the location, the hotel decoration and the spa facilities which are directly in the hotel. In fact, we decided for this hotel because of the spa, as the weather was wet and cold, so it's good to spend an afternoon in a sauna or whirlpool."
"As we already read in other reviews, there were not all the spa facilities operating. For some reason (maybe economic), only one sauna was operating. At the beginning, there was almost no people in the spa, so it was ok. Later, many arrived and there was a queue. So, I understand the economic reasons if there are just a few guests, but not when the hotel is sold out. We also read that some people found the pool water too cold. It seems to be cold if you go only to the pool. In a combination after sauna, it was exactly the right temperature to cool down. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay,but found the hotel a little bit too expensive for the room size and the facilities offered."

"Vše v naprostém pořádku. Velice příjemný personál. Večeře, snídaně super. Druhý den při odjezdu jsem uz bohužel nenastartoval auto, pani z hotelu mi sehnala startovací kabely a problem mi pomohli vyřešit. Moc Vám jeste jednou děkuji. :)"

"Es ist einfach eine schöne Gegend und ein schöner See .Aber in Herbst ist nichts los. Wir waren das einzige Paar im Hotel. Die Belegschaft ist freundlich und nett . Der Wellness Bereich ist super. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen von Mai bis September."
"Mann kann hier a' la carte Essen, aber leider nicht in Deutsch beschreiben . An der Rezeption kann man sich nur Tschechisch oder Englisch verständigen. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel ist das ein Armutszeugnis ."
