"The owners were absolutely wonderful – they welcomed us with homemade food on arrival and kindly allowed us a late checkout on our last day. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything families and groups might need. The cozy interior with Helene’s beautiful paintings, the green garden, pool, and gas BBQ made our stay extra special."

"Fantastic holida and villa was perfect for us. Panikos contacted us at 9.00 of the first day to say that the villa was ready and provided WiFi codes etc. Villa was very well equipped with everything you could think of and more. Panikos also left us some lovely cakes which Hellen had made and were lovely. The villa is halfway between Protaras and Pernera, about a 10-15 minute walk into either so easy to get to lots of bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back again, 10/10."

"The location of the property was great really nice beaches with crystal clear water 10 mins walk away. Very happy with the hosts from the word go they were very hospitable. We arrived later than expected in the evening and Fresh pizza, home made cakes, fruit juice, bottled water, milk etc was all stocked in the fridge was such a relief with kids so we are very grateful to the hosts for this. The pool was cleaned regularly also so we had a great holiday at the villa."

"Perfect family holiday villa. Very comfortable and clean. Good size rooms with plenty of towels and bedding and everything you could need for staying in a Villa. We asked if breakfast nibbles and water could be left for us due to arriving late evening, couldn't have been better! Fresh and handmade cake and pastries! Loved the privacy of the pool area too! There is also a gate out of the garden to the little mini mart behind the house."

"Walking location might not be ideal for those who have walking difficulties, as it's a 15-20min walk to the very top of town on Cypriot paths! It was good for us as we walked off all the yummy food consumed each day/ night!!"

"The villa is in a great location, a short walk to the main strip in Protaras and local beaches, and a short drive from the Cavo Greco national park. It's spacious, comfortable and well equipped - Hellen even left us some delicious home made cakes in the fridge! The pool area is attractive and has high shrubs all around that keep it surprisingly private. It remains in the sun for most of the day but there's also a seating area that remains shaded. The hosts Hellen and Panikos were very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, giving us extra information about the villa and arranging to clean the pool one morning during our stay. They also allowed us to check in earlier than expected, as soon as the villa was ready!"

"During our stay, we found roaches inside the villa. The owner has reacted swiftly very next day, putting some chemicals down the pipes. This has eased the situation.Roaches are common in Cyprus, as we found out later on."

"This was a lovely villa about 10 minutes walk to the Protaras strip and 20 minutes to the Lidl Also a few local shops selling bread milk and water only 5 minute walk The villa is on a quiet residential area so idea for families."
