"Excellent villa in a great location for exploring Cyprus. Kids loved the pool and we loved relaxing in the beautiful garden. Very short walk to the beach. Savvas was a brilliant host, we really appreciated the arrival treats not to mention the amazing fresh fish!"

"The most wonderful villa we have been to in Cyprus! and we have been to Cyprus more than 10 times. This is a luxury villa located in a private complex, with a beautiful garden with citrus trees. large clean swimming pool, equipped internal area for relaxation and children's games. Two beaches within walking distance. The pedestrian embankment leads to the center of Protaras in about 20 minutes on foot. Absolutely exclusive area for quiet rest. The villa is equipped as if you were at home, and even more. there is everything you need. a huge set of dishes and everything necessary for life. Nets on the windows, perfect cleanliness everywhere, beach towels, washing machine with dryer. everything is maintained in perfect condition. The owner of the villa is an extremely pleasant person and impeccably hospitable. This is the first time we have had such an excellent experience. I definitely recommend and will come back again!"

"Schönes Haus, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Außen- und Innenbereich sind sehr kleinkinderfreundlich gestaltet. Den Swimmingpool haben wir sehr genossen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Eine Badebucht ist zu Fuß ca. 100m entfernt, allerdings umrahmt von großen Hotelanlagen, während unseres Aufenthalts im Mai aber nicht sehr überlaufen. Mehrere Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte für den kleinen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe."

"Für uns etwas ungewöhnlich war der Kunstrasen, dafür gibt es wahrscheinlich einen guten Grund."

"Its location was so close to the beach, restaurants and bars yet very private. We could use a little short cut to beach and lovely beach bar. The pool and garden area were exceptional. The owners provided a welcome pack and when cleaning the pool would drop off lovely gifts. They also provided a thorough clean mid way through the stay with new towels, bedding and all bathrooms cleaned. Fantastic and will definitely return."
