"For a family trip, with a toddler who can't walk yet, the room was spacious. We placed the sofa bed next to the main bed, allowing the child to learn to climb onto it safely without worrying about falling. She had a lot of fun and it was very safe. Highly recommended. The tableware was all brand new, so cooking was worry-free. The host was also very friendly and thoughtful; we are very grateful to her. ❤️"

"Well equipped, comfy bed. We liked the location in a residential area, rather than on the main busy strip in La Fortuna. Great to be able to wash our clothes here as well. Some good local restaurants....quieter options than centre. Good secure apartment."

"It is more of a well equipped studio, than apartment... which isn't a problem as long as you know, in terms of your packing...as no real drawer or wardrobe storage."

"Nice room in the host's house. A small kitchenette with all the utensils and a coffee machine. Air-conditioned and you have access to a washing machine, which was very handy. Nice neighbourhood outside the touristy areas. A lot of thoughtful details, like an umbrella and tea and coffee to use. Overall, wonderful stay."
