"Everything went to make us comfortable: the staff were very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. High standard"

"The wifi didn't reach our room so we had to go to the public area. For the price I thought wifi should be available in the room. The connection between booking.com and the hotel did not work. I had confirmation on booking.com but the hotel desk didn't get it. Fortunately there was a room available. This is the second time is has happened."
