"Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Alle sind echt um die Gäste bemüht. Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber tarasse und der Strand waren immer sauber und schön. Zimmer , WC,s , Restaurant waren immer sauber gereinigt."

"Sehr an Russische Gäste gerichtet. Wir anderen sind auch noch da. 😅"

"Hotelstaff was really helpful and nice. Some of cleaning staff was great while others ware not so good. Some young girl there was cleaning good and leaves towels extra nicely."

"Some boy was terrible cleaning and even forgot to make beds in Monday. Welcome drink (white wine bottle ) and fruits could be nice if wine classes where not dirty from red wine. Leaking toilet was fixed at Monday morning and after was toilet water over floor in toilet, entrance and little water in bedrooms. Not cleaned until 4-5 hours later and didn't make beds that day."

"Чистые, новые номера, клиентоориетированный персонал, до пляжа 5 минут неспешным шагом по подземному переходу. Есть возможность пользоваться инфраструктурой Annabella Diamond: пляж, бассейн, СПА (понравился суставной массаж, мне делал Sedat), отличная анимация (целый день активности, молодые, заряженный на позитив ребята, весело и без пошлости)."
