"A beautiful family-run hotel in a quiet little lane just moments from all of the action. Bedirhan and his family/staff are all so kind and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Complimentary tea/coffee with scrumptious homemade Alaçatı mastic cookies is served each afternoon in the gorgeous interior courtyard. They also helped us with transport to and from the beach and the port. They run another hotel just around the corner which has a divine pool we were able to use, and we can highly recommend their delicious and sizeable breakfast. The family room (2 adjoining rooms and a tiny bathroom) is small, and with 5 of us plus luggage we were bursting at the seams, however thankfully the a/c worked well so it was comfortable enough. Overall we had a wonderful stay."

"Breakfast was excellent. It is very close to Hacı Memiş, the most popular place of Alacati, on foot. In addition, it is very pleasant to spend time in the hotel, thanks to Mrs Aylin and her friendly team, we had a very nice day and I would like to thank als management again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Kostem Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome; Mrs Serpil is extremely professional and accommodating. Our room was clean and very spacious. The hotel's location is perfect, with all the main attractions close by. The breakfast was rich and fresh, everything what we needed. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone."

"This has been one of our FAVOURITE hotels in Turkey. The owner is so kind, and the service was exceptional. The Hotel was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The owner was so helpful with organising our transport and also helped us do laundry. The town was beautiful, and the hotel was in the Perfect location. Highly recommend!"

"Öncelikle alaçatı çarşıya en yakın ön ödeme talep etmeyen ve en uygun fiyatlı artı olarak havuzlu rahat konforlu bir mekandı. Tüm ekip çok yardımsever dostcanlısı ve güleryüzlüydü. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık bizi çok güzel ağırladılar her ihtiyacımızı karşıladılar."
