"The location is stunning. Amazing sunrise can be witnessed from the terrace by the pool. Great live music and vibe during the planned events. Loved to see the iguanas."

"I had a dirty bath towel left hanging from my bathroom door for my entire stay (i assume was from the previous reservation). The reception staff was very difficult upon checking out. I requested a business invoice when i checked in and offered to leave the company details but was told will be dealt with at check out. At check out a very rude manager told me it was my responsability to check in every day with the reception regarding the invoice. It took me nearly an hour and a lot of stress to deal with it."
