"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"The hotel was really nice, the staff was lovely. I liked how the room was planed: there was a living room, a place for work with a comfortable chair, a spacious bathroom and the bed also very comfortable."

"It was a little dirty, but when I asked to help with cleaning they immediately send someone, so in general I don’t have a problem"
