"Everything was very qualitative: the food, the kindness of the staff, the infrastructure, the rooms. We stayed there during a difficult situation in the Middle East and they were perfectly prepared to help and provide support."

"Some miscommunication regarding the opening hours of the restaurants during Ramadan / not very clear which restaurant is open for lunch but closed for dinner etc. Also very limited opening (e.g. buffet dinner finishes at 8pm which is very early, otherwise you need to go to an other restaurant). But we figured out everything after asking."
