"We had an incredibly beautiful stay at SAFARI Glamping, in the middle of desert! It was just something special! Before you start you get a map of their office so you know where to drive and then you drive about 20km into the desert (easy to find), you pass all the big camps until you reach SAFARI Glamping, a very small Camp with only a few tents/huts. - Very peaceful and privat, quiet and family atmosphere. The people working there are extremely friendly, they welcomed us with tea, coffee and dates. Breakfast and dinner - simply delicious! The lodge has been very clean and beautiful, big window and even a small terrace. My absolute higlight: the CAMELS! I immediately fell in love with them, they were just walking around the camp, you could pet them and even hug them. For sunset we did a Camel-riding tour, the guide was friendly and very helpful when it came to getting on- and off the Camel. We really loved our stay and i can highly recommend! We"

"Amazing experience in the desert. We arrived late in the afternoon for a camel sunset ride and dinner and left the next day. The bubbles are lovely and very clean."

"A short instruction some days or weeks before arrival would be helpful (e.g. when to arrive, prices for dinner / or information that there is no breakfast available during Ramadan, where to refill your tires once they have been flattened for the desert when you leave). We received all information but had to ask for everything."

"This was an unforgettable stay and should be part of everyone's Oman itinerary! The host was fantastic—extremely kind, professional, and he shared fascinating stories about his life and family background. The home-cooked food was some of the best we had in the entire country. We loved the authentic feel of the camp and the activities like camel riding and dune bashing, which gave us a much deeper understanding of the desert. The sunrise and sunset were simply unique and breathtaking."

"There was nothing I didn't like about the stay itself. One important tip for future travelers: make sure to double-check the meeting point instructions! I made a mistake and clicked on the camp location in my GPS instead of the meeting point, which was completely on me. Just follow the host's specific directions for the pickup/meeting and everything will be perfect."

"We spent a day and night in this camp deep in the desert, sleeping in cozy tents. Far away from the city, we were able to watch a breathtaking starry sky. The temperatures were very hot at the end of May, but we had the whole camp to ourselves. It belongs to Bedouins who love their camels and try to familiarize guests with their culture and traditions. That's why we couldn't resist taking a camel ride at sunrise. Fresh Omani coffee and dates were served at the top of a dune. If you want to spend an authentic time in the desert surrounded by camels and Bedouins, who gave us a friendly welcome, this is the place for you. The food was also wonderful. Absolutely recommendable! Thanks for the beautiful time there!"
