"The friendly and helpfull staff, the good food, the hygiëne, the wondeful bed, the clean pool, the location. If you plan a tour, ask for Chandra, he's a great guide. The canoe tour was great, thnx to him. The manager (Manam) was committed to delivering good service. It really is a very good hotel and beautiful.location."

"Nothing. However we've got two improvements we'd like to suggest: the music at the swimming pool is actually taking away a bit of the beauty and disturbing, rather than adding somenthing to the experience (but the staff will turn it off immediately, if you ask for it). The shower would be nicer if there would be a bit more water."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We got upgraded to a villa for free and it was really really beautiful. We did a jeep safari and our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable. They offer free cookies that taste amazing and we were obsessed with the smell of the mini shampoo they offered. It is a bit more pricey but for us, also given the free upgrade to the villa, definitely worth it."

"The staff were excellent. They were super friendly and helpful . They organised all our safaris for us and even gave us bikes to explore the town . The hotel itself is really clean and the grounds are well kept. There is also a free breakfast which is decent . It’s extremely peaceful as well."
