"The appartment is very nice and spacious, everything is there! Also a nice terrace outside with banana trees. Location in front of Friar's bay is perfect! Be aware that the road to Friar's bay is bumpy, but nothing our simple rental car could not handle :) the beach bars at Friar's bay close early (in low season) so a car is needed to go to Marigot or Grand Case for dinner (only 10 minutes drive though). Or you can cook in the well equipped kitchen!"

"The villa was very clean and spacious. There were 5 of us and it was the perfect space to accommodate our group. The host was also very responsive. The view of the local beach was also perfect."

"Appartement très bien équipé parfait pour 3 personnes.. Très proche de la plage de Friars bay avec 2 restaurants ouvert jusqu'à 18h. Idéal pour un verre en regardant le coucher du soleil. Placé à mi-chemin entre Marigot et Grand-case dans un quartier très calme"

"There were gorgeous views from inside and out, the home was clean and fully stocked, and we loved the short and beautiful hike to the nearby beaches (entrance to trail very close by). The hot tub was also a plus! The owners were very responsive and helpful with locating the property."
