"Room was clean with basic necessities. Food was good. Breakfast was fine if you arrived early. Bar area served a good variety of evening meals and service was very good. Staff were excellent especially Rufina and Zhanna who welcomed you on arrival."

"You had to ask to replace water on the room which you might expect as per of the service when cleaning. Not much choice for breakfast if You came later and didn’t seem to be cooking more of the hot meals. Tv channels were poor for English speaking visitors."

"В отеле тихо и спокойно. Персонал вежливый. Внутри номера чисто и аккуратно. Имеется все то что в описании. В целом очень комфортно."

"Из минусов. Сильно горячие батареи, а с открытым окном зимой не уснёшь. Комната то маленькая, поэтому было очень душно. +Вай фай на 2м этаже ловил очень слабо, либо вообще пропадал."
