"Great hotel, with wonderful pools overlooking the bay, great views over the city, and a nice beach, which turns at night into a lively very nice open-air restaurant and bar, Spacious room and fantastic food, although a bit pricy. Staff very professional and helpful. Very well located, just next to a walkable lane along the coast with some great restaurants nearby."

"All staff is really helpful, Ahmad , Bashar & all bell boys are very helpful, housekeeping did an amazing job, room was quiet well equipped, breakfast was nice, beach front very nice,love from Amsterdam."

"Stayed here multiple times. Very comfortable bed (only, maybe switch from feather pillows to other materials for animal rights?) and very large room thanks to Genius upgrade. Huge-size TV easily connected to my phone's Netflix with Chromecast. The a/c and light buttons were finally renewed and touch panels work well. Breakfast has always been very good quality and variety. It was overall a good stay, thanks."

"I enjoyed the clean rooms, helpful staff, and the hotel's strategic location; there are many great restaurants around, and it's also a peaceful place to relax. And it's my second stay at this hotel, and planning to return in Sha Allah."

"I wish breakfast had more options to choose from. The breakfast closes at 11:00 a.m., and by 11:15 a.m., you could tell one of the staff members was hitting all cutlery and glasses together literally behind our table in an attempt to annoy us and push us to leave; when we looked at her surprised, she smiled back! She could have politely informed us that breakfast was over and they needed to clear the tables, but not in such an irritating manner! Rude.. very rude."
