"Convenient location if you want to do stuff in the Gangnam area as it is connected to Coex, Hyundai, City Air Tower malls, 2min walk to Juno Hair, 4min walk to Olive Young. If you need to get skin treatments, it’s a convenient location as well. Dated and dark but big rooms; 2 bathrooms. There is a small play area for kids under 7 that my kids enjoyed while waiting for our car to the airport. They have babysitting services outsourced but didn’t get to use. Clothes dry quickly in the room. They have a drying rack and many shelves to organize our clothes in."

"If you want to go to the more traditional spots like Insadong where the tea rooms and palace are or Myeong-dong, it takes about an hour by public transport and 30mins by car. Cleanliness could be improved. I found hairs under the pillow on the first night! Not many food and drink options for breakfast."

"There was staff available at all times when I had questions. They were warm, friendly and helpful, and any issues were resolved quickly. The room was clean and had a great view. The beds are comfortable and the room size was good for two people. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel Seoul, it is located nearby bus and subway stations :)"

"Great location, easy access to local restaurants, convenience stores and public transport. Walkable distance to Myeongdong, Insadong and Gwanghwamun. The room we had was a little small, but it had a spacious Korean style bathroom. It was value for money despite the small room, as it was clean and close to facilities. The manager is friendly and can help with any queries. We were able to store a bag there for a few days whilst we travelled to another city (for a small fee). We will be returning on our return leg. Its convenient location trumps the size of the room."

"The only downside was we were in a lower floor and there wasn't really a window. The hotel is located in an alleyway and locals would smoke outside the entrance of the hotel, which was a little off putting."

"This place us exceptional, from location (close to public transportation and restaurants) to cleanliness (spotless and have everything you need) to host's response time (reply promptly with very clear instructions). I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit to Seoul."

"Putting used toilet paper in the bin instead of the toilet needs a bit of getting used to. This is not specific to the apartment, rather a common practice locally."
