"The room was spacious, bathroom was nice, the bed was very comfortable. I booked it because it was supposed to be close to Cheonan Asan KTX station but it was a good 10-15 minute taxi ride...at 6am. However, for the price it was very good value, clean and comfortable. Except for the issue with hotel name"

"The name of the hotel booked on booking.com IS not the actual hotels name! The taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was even when I gave him the address. Finally I had to ask the driver to just drop me off at a place closeby as it was 10pm. The only reason I found the hotel is because I went to a hotel to ask for help for directions and found out it was the one I had booked! For a while I was seriously thinking I had been scammed. I cannot tell you how happy I was when the front staff said my name:) It was a very last minute booking due to missing a train connection."

"There is no breakfast available. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV was huge. We came at heavy snowy season, and there is padding dryer in the room. Perfect!"

"There is only coffee available in the room, usually a hotel will provide tea as well. I am not sure but I think the heater is not working at the time we stay."
