"The pool was a lovely feature and definitely the highlight of our stay."

"We were a little disappointed with certain aspects of our stay. The welcome at reception was not particularly warm, and staff interaction throughout our visit felt rather reserved, which left us a little uncomfortable. We also felt that not speaking Italian may have limited the attention given by the owner. The property itself looks much better in the photos, but in reality would really benefit from some refreshing. The description was also somewhat misleading, as there is no on-site restaurant. Kitchen provisions were quite minimal — items such as a tea towel, chopping board, or tea cups would have been very useful. Breakfast was basic, mainly bread and pastries, and we had to request simple things like bowls which we expected to be available. Overall, there was a slightly stale atmosphere both in the environment and in the staff’s approach."
