"This is an absolute gem - it’s not just a cabin, it is your home away from home :-) - stunning location (we were here in winter) - away from the tourism hussle - great to explore southern parts of the westfjords and Pingvellir - hot tub with mountain (and Aurora) view - perfectly equipped kitchen with all you need for 6 persons - very clean and tidy - very comfortable beds - washing machine/ dryer - very helpful and warm communication with the owner, always available and of help - perfect place to calm down We want to say thank you that Skúli and his family rent out this amazing place which created memories for life for us and the children. We enjoyed every minute! It is not cheap, but worth every penny! We can only recommend from the bottom of our hearts 😊"

"The apartment was so big, beautiful and cozy that we were really sad to leave. We had a really nice and quiet stay. The position Is perfect to visit Reykjavik or to proceed towards Snaefellness."
