"The hotel changed throught the years. Its only small details, but details make the difference and make the price reasonable. For example they used to place a small towel/carpet when you get off the bed, so you dont get to touch the actual carpet. The hotel toiletries used to be Molton Brown and now is some other brand in big refillable bottles! Its still a nice hotel but for someone that visited the hotel in the past, the difference is noticable"

"An absolutely unforgettable stay! I visited Leonardo Plaza Cypria Bay with my mother for three nights, and the experience far exceeded my highest expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to the front desk staff — their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel truly valued guests. The food was absolutely delicious — a wide variety of dishes, all prepared and presented at the highest standard. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have stayed at across all the Greek islands when it comes to dining and overall service quality. The location is also ideal — with easy access to numerous attractions and a convenient connection to the airport. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Absolutely fabulous location. Access to a small beach shared with just two other villas. Comfy jacuzzi. Even in the coldest part of winter, the heaters were capable of maintaining warmth. Good support and information on everything."

"The windows do not seal, which was a problem during the winter rain, the water leaked inside each day. Some of the kitchen and bath equipment is at the limit of the lifetime. There were only three tablets for a dishwasher for a 5-night stay (WHY?!)."
