"Difficult to find the location, very far away from the subway, the maps don't show the right location, and when I called the reception for help, they spoke only Chinese and hung up on me, without even trying to help. Rude and disrespectful. Check-in took about 30 minutes. For literally no reason, because all other check-ins take 7 minutes maximum. Receptionist was rudely talking to her collegue in Chinese, thinking I don't understand her, saying «Ugh, these foreigners, too many problems», told me my country «doesn’t exist», accused me of having a fake passport, and said I didn’t look like my passport photo. I have been traveling for years, and this is the first time anyone has questioned the validity of my passport. Completely unprofessional behavior. No Wi-Fi password in the room, had to go back to reception to ask for it. The staff made a sarcastic comment asking if I was “capable of turning on the AC”, which was unnecessary and disrespectful. Bed was very hard and rough, walls were dirty, and there was no toilet paper in the room."
