"Hacienda Très Lagos was a truly fabulous hotel. It is peaceful with amazing views across Lago Negro and the surrounding mountains. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent as was the wine list. The staff were impeccable in service, friendliness and hospitality. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s just a wonderful place to unwind, go horseback riding, visit the marble caves, visit the confluence or the Neff and Baker rivers or just relax."

"We did not stay at Parador Austral, we stayed instead at a sister logde, Tres Lagos Hacienda. The place was wonderful, apartments were beautiful and had a great view. Food was excellent and the staff was so helpful."

"This is a stunning location just off route 7 so v easy to find. Views over lake General Carrera are spectacular and you can see them from your bed. Staff are absolutely super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely good."
