"It was clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent…..very quiet at night, but close to everything in Banff. The bus stop was a two minute walk and there was a mini-market within a five minute walk."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful from tips on walks to helping me break my lock off my locker when I lost my key. Was in the heart of downtown, easy walk from trail and fairmont. Small but well equipped kitchen, great shower in my dorm."

"L'hotel està molt ben situat i les habitacions són realment molt còmodes i grans. Tot i l'enrenou de l'aire condicionat que se sentia al passadís, l'habitació era tranquil·la. Vaig descansar molt bé després d'haver fet el viatge d'avió intercontinental. L'habitació tenia sortida a una terrassa interior, molt bonica. L'esmorzar, sense ser excepcional i sense servei personalitzat a la taula, era raonable i abundant."

"Hi ha molt enrenou d'aire condicionat als passadissos però, com he dit abans, a l'habitació no se sent gaire. Poques coses més a criticar, la qualitat de l'hotel és molt bona."
