Punt positiu:
"The place is beautiful and it ticked all our boxes, but I feel betrayed by bookings.com they made me pay for accommodation and breakfast that did not exist. When we arrive at Cottage007 they didn't have any records on their side that the accommodation is including breakfast, we had to pay again for the breakfast for me and my wife for 2 nigths that we already paid for on booking.com. I really trusted bookings.com and have always used it for my family vacations but I'll never use it again. And we were also told that the room per night is R600 yet we paid more than R950 on bookings.com.....really disappointing."
Punt negatiu:
"I would never use bookings.com ever. I have already deleted the app as well, it is misleading and reaping people off."

Punt positiu:
"The breakfast could be nice if prepared and served with finesse."
Punt negatiu:
"Cappuccino cups are very small for the purpose and when asked why they are not serving is a proper cappuccino cup the waiter said "this is what we use "". There was no breakfast menu. The waiter told me what was available including pork sausages. The waiter could be more polished in both presentation and communication. I had ordered pork sausages after his confirmation and received chicken sausages. When I queried it I was told "we have no stock of pork sausages " ??"
