"The room was well presented, comfortable and just what I needed. The staff were helpful. I had a smooth transfer from the airport so overall I had a great experience from the hotel staff."

"A taxi transfer was arranged on my behalf by the hotel taking me back to the airport. Unfortunately, during the journey my tablet computer was stolen from my bag which gave me a bad start to a skiing holiday. The hotel staff were very helpful in this unfortunate situation."
