"The staff were all very helpful. The dinners included were a bonus and the food for the adults was really excellent. Spa facilities also great. Loved the sauna masters sessions every night."

"Would be great if the hotel offered a ski shuttle from hotel to the gondolas. Also if they could do a ski return service what a bonus!"

"Great location. Cosy bar. Good parking. Friendly bar and family but had a grumpy waiter in the restaurant and service at dinner was slow. Food was good but if you were later down to breakfast quite a lot was already gone. Room exceeded my expectations, we were in the annex and there was plenty of room for our family, heated towel rails to dry all our ski wear. Overall really enjoyed the stay. We ate out a few nights for a bit of variety."

"It was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a living area with a very comfortable couch and arm chairs ( rare in ski apartments )"

"Very well equipped with everything you need in a kitchen but I found all of this on the surfaces restricted cooking space. Easily solved by moving stuff you don’t need onto the large dining table. If travelling with young children there are a lot of breakable items on display but a lot of storage you can use to put away for your stay. Very handy for local supermarket, restaurants, we had a car so check out how you will get to the gondola daily and get a locker there. There is a beautiful covered outdoor seating area with table tennis and table football which would be ideal if you are a large group in different apartments The hosts communication was super and helpful. This is the most comfortable ski apartment I have ever stayed in over 30 years of skiing"

"It’s in the perfect location, right across from the ski bus stop. The rooms were very comfortable and warm. Having access to the restaurant and bar was handy and felt like the local spot to drink."

"An easy walk to the centre; included summer card. Easy parking. Very pretty. We absolutely loved Alpbach itself- although it seems quite developed for tourism it was somehow also very authentic and unspoiled."
