"The building is well planned and built, and very clean. The staff is polite and helpful, though not everybody is fluent with English. There are great hiking areas nearby, with churches and birds, and the climate is much cooler in the summer than Yerevan and its surroundings. And not too many tourists - a great place for summer holiday. The city is very actively polishing itself. This may become a major attraction in 10 years. Go now before the masses find it!"

"Everything was fabulous, from the staff and their readiness to host us, preparing not only the spacious, lovely room but also a parking lot in the snowy weather, to the gentle smile of the polite young gentleman, Mikayel, who welcomed us and answered our WhatsApp messages and queries. The pool and the sauna were clean and neat. We could comfortably use the kitchen-like space for preparing our own coffee. Restaurants were available within 10-15 minutes of the Homma House and served very delicious local food."

"There is nothing that we did not like, but we recommend equipping the room with a kettle, coffee and a small refrigerator. Our queries were met when asking, but better to see them in the room."

"Просто изумительное место! Хозяева встретили очень радушно! Угостили местными напитками)! Номер чистый, всё новое, белье свежее, банные принадлежности в достатке, посуды - полнейшее разнообразие от приготовления повседневной пищи, оканчивая маринованием и готовкой шашлыка!В домике все есть как в полноценной квартире + детская кроватка! Приятным бонусом были шикарные нарды в которые мы с удовольствием играли по вечерам! Расположение- супер и тихо и все рядом! Магазин маленький прямо через дорогу, побольше + аптека-3 минуты идти, супермаркет-5-7. Хозяева очень ответственные и вежливые люди! Категорически рекомендую!!! До курорта Майлер 20 минут на машине, до фудкорта 5-7 минут пешком. Если будет возможность, вернулись бы ещё"
