"Die Lage war in Ordnung, nahe am Meer und an der Hauptstraße. 20 Minuten zur Strandpromenade im Zentrum, Bushaltestelle Richtung Stadt und Ksamil/Butrint gleich in der Nähe. Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Grundsätzlich OK, aber der Preis ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt."

"Zur Schlüsselübergabe war nur ein junger Mann vor Ort, der offenbar keine Fremdsprachen beherrscht und mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp in Kontakt war. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen. Die Klimaanlage war nur im Wohnzimmer, im Schlafzimmer war es heiß. Der Dunstabzug im Wohn-Schlafzimmer spielt die ganze Nacht verrückt, schaltet Licht und Lüftung ständig ein und aus, lässt sich nicht abschalten. Schaltet man die Sicherung dafür ab, um in der Nacht schlafen zu können, ist auch der Kühlschrank ohne Strom. Deshalb war wohl der Kühlschrank nass bei der Ankunft und davor eine Wasserlache. Etwas muffig, im erdgeschoß über der Ausfahrt der Tiefgarage, alle Passanten sehen direkt auf die Terrasse."
