"I liked the location of the property right on the seafront."

"I booked for 4 nights, but due to work reasons I immediately informed the owners that I would only stay for 2. In fact, I didn’t even stay 30 minutes in the assigned room, as it was very small, dark, and had nothing to do with the family rooms shown in the photos. I asked to change the room and at first agreed to a family room with sea view at a higher price, but even for this option there were endless discussions. The owners kept reminding me about a penalty fee for the unused nights – a fee that I could not find anywhere in the Booking rules. In the end, I preferred to pay this penalty and leave without being accommodated at all. From what I briefly saw, the sea view rooms were well maintained, while those at the back, near the hill, were in poorer condition with outdated furnishings. The road to the property is unpaved with gravel and not suitable for low cars. Service did not make me feel like a guest, especially with no help offered for carrying luggage after several hours of travel."

"Beautifully located apartment with some of the most stunning views you can find on the Albanian coast. We did not use the pool as it was still a bit cold in April but it will be fantastic in summer. However Buneci beach which is just a few meters down the road is really stunning as well and we were able to already swim there on a sunny morning. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and had everything we needed. On top of this the owner is incredibly friendly and helped us with anything we needed as well as providing us with some homemade fig jam. Overall a great stay."

"It was considerably more expensive than the other accomodations we stayed in in Albania during this time of the year. In the end we felt it was worth it and location, size of apartment and pool probably justify it. But there might be better value for money options."

"A very special place in Albania for a relaxing family getaway. Reno the owner is kind and helpful, and fluent in English the property is beautifully designed and the view you wake up to is utterly stunning. Will always remember watching with my daughter as a storm cloud moved its way across the water before *boom* hitting our cozy property. Bravo Reno and family for this amazing place!"

"Nothing to do with the property or its excellent owners, but Borsh beach is a wasteland. Rubbish on the beach — half-finished construction projects on the shore. Very sad to see what should be a stunning beach degraded to the point it’s hard even to find a pleasant place to sit without being surrounded by rubbish, or looking out at a wastewater pipe fouling the ocean in front of you."
