"SUPERB, SUPERB, SUPERB! This was our last of 9 hotels on a trip around Switzerland and the Piccolo was the best of all of them. Most hotels can be chosen for good location and great reviews as was this one. However, there is a nice surprise waiting for you on top of this. The hotel is very individual. It has its own style with amazing art throughout, the breakfast was amazing and the management was very friendly. I particularly liked how making us a takeaway breakfast for an early morning start wasn't a problem. Highly recommended."

"Very friendly lady at reception. Helped me a great deal and told me things about my booking I did not know, including the complimentary bus/train pass, and also helped me acknowledge my silly mistake of thinking I had paid, when I thought I had already online but had not!"

"First of all I would like to thank the couple working there for their help and especially for preparing the breakfast as a packed lunch for 2 days and the breakfast was made to my liking. The hotel staff are amazing the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well with wide variety of food."
