Localitzated on the edge of Locarno, Pensió Stella SA provides panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and comes with a menjador serving Swiss and international cuisine. You can sunbathe on the residència’s terrace or refresh yourself in the on-site swimming pool. All of the de nova generació rooms come with satellite TV, a seating area and a bathroom with a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a shower or a bathtub. Some rooms come with a terrace or a balcony and lake views. The family-run Stella allotjament has a playground and a lounge with a TV. During summer, you can dine on the terrace. Bicycles can be borrowed on site and the lloc d'estada uses solar panels to heat water. Private parking is available in front of the lloc d'estada and against a surcharge. The city centre is an 8-minute drive away and Ascona can be reached within 12 minutes by car. Unlimited travel on public transport throughout the Canton of Ticino starting from check-in time until the end of the day of departure (midnight) is included in the city tax.

"Amazing view, I was in a single room with balcony and lake view, the interiors were clean, comfortable and renovated, the bed was spacious, amazing and unobstructed view! The restaurant has a great indoor and outdoor terrace overlooking the town and the lake, and the location itself on the hill is peaceful and conveniently located close to the Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary and the cable car to take you downtown in case you don’t want to walk."

"A really nice hotel in beautiful and quiet Locarno villas location. Absolutely stunning views of the lake from the balcony and the restaurant terrace. Everything in hotel was excellent: breakfast, cleanliness, comfort of the room, swimming pool and so all the lovely staff. Public transport bus no 3 directly from Locarno train station just outside of the hotel (every 30 minutes) and is free with Ticino ticket."
