"I stayed three nights at Hotel Kreuz in Leissigen and loved it. The lake view was absolutely breathtaking — even better than in Interlaken Centre — and the area was calm and relaxing, aside from an occasional train nearby. The staff (Hans, Lisa, and Aneta) were very friendly and welcoming. My room was wide, quiet, spotless, modern, and well equipped, with a balcony view that made the stay unforgettable. The bathroom was in great shape, too. Breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and enjoying it in the restaurant with panoramic lake views made mornings very special. The bar was also nice in the evenings. The hotel is close to a bus stop with hourly service to Interlaken and Spiez, though having a car makes it even easier. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with amazing lake views, great staff, and excellent food — highly recommended!"

"The staff are lovely and friendly. Check-in and check-out are super quick and efficient. Rooms are simple but it has everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, an extremely clean room and bathroom (honestly impressed, congrats to the cleaning team), the shower with good pressure and hot water (after arriving from a day walking in the snow and rain it was like heaven!). The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious and the staff again super friendly and accommodating, always placing guests with the best views of the lake. We had a free upgrade of the room to a lake view - lovely view from the balcony. Family-owned business and you can see the attention to detail is perfect 👌🏼 it's the small things that make a great stay. Free car park (what a treat in this country) and a traditional lodge feeling. My favourite hotel of the holiday."

"A wonderful place to relax with breathtaking views! The hotel is located not far from Interlaken and offers a stunning view of the lake, mountains, and waterfalls — truly a beautiful setting. The restaurant terrace was especially impressive: very cozy and comfortable, perfect for enjoying the scenery while having a cup of tea or coffee and talking in peace. We spent several hours there, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfasts were tasty and filling, with a good selection of fruits, smoked salmon, cheeses, bread, and light snacks. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean, with soft bedding and a great shower — everything matched the price and expectations. The hotel is accessible by bus (about a 10-minute ride, the bus runs once an hour) or by private car. Even though it’s slightly outside the town, the peaceful location and incredible views make it absolutely worth staying here."
