"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s a lovely place located right in the city center, which made it easy to explore everything nearby. The hotel offers convenient parking, which was a big plus. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and definitely met my expectations. Overall, a great experience — I would gladly stay here again!"

"Great location. Brunnen was a lovely quieter area with enough going on but not the busyness of Lucerne. The lake was beautiful and beaches on it to swim as it was scorching."

"The property was centrally located in a pretty lakeside area with lovely restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful."
"The only thing I didn’t like was the room had no kettle, the hotel had a rule of no boiling of water in the rooms and had a geezer in the foyer for everyone to use. For me it would have been more useful and convenient to have a small kettle in the room instead of having to go down to the foyer all the time which could be very busy with people wanting hot water."
"Breakfast is fine. Half board is very good value although the menu is set. The restaurant is next to the hotel. There was a party Saturday night at the restaurant but the sound proofing was very good so barely heard it."

"We stayed here one night, during our trip to Zermatt. Staff was very friendly. Easygoing, fast check-in/check-out and helped us with everyhting we needed. The location is close to the lake for amazing views. The restaurant is spacious and therefor enough space to go there with your children. The breakfast was good, enough options. Rooms where nice, only perhaps the bathroom was a little outdated. Overall for this area in Switserland a very good price for a comfortable room."

"The room was small but acceptable. It was appreciated to have the toilet separate from the shower, so that one person could use the shower while the other was using the toilet. The view from the window, overlooking the internal courtyard, is not at all nice, but the advantage is the total lack of noise, so that there was no problem to sleep with the open window, as is necessary for cooling down the room in summer, having no air conditioning. In addition, the personnel was very kind and the breakfast good quality and varied."
