"The host are super caring and gentel. They are a very cute family and you can feel it in the whole hotel. It is in Kandersteg and near everything. Everything is clean and nice. We had a wonderful stay. If you go for hikings ask their picnic, is super completed!"

"The staff were friendly and welcoming — both at reception and during breakfast. The heating was already on in mid-October, which made the room very comfortable. My top-floor room was calm, clean, and had a beautiful mountain view. Free parking next to the hotel is a big plus."

"Great stay in a quiet, peaceful part of Switzerland, close to the Kandersteg train station and Oeschinensee cable car. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were there Monday and Tuesday when the hotel restaurant was closed so we had little contact with staff, but breakfast was very enjoyable. It was a real bonus to have access to a washer and dryer (located in the sauna room). Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was easy."
"There was a link to scan at reception for the Abdelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg guest card. It would have been nice to have received this prior to our arrival in order to make some train/bus cost savings prior to arrival at the hotel."
