"Dir que el lloc es molt maco, però has d’anar expresament, i te una forta pujada, però ja sabiem on estava i vam preferir a les afores que pas an centre de Saint Moritz. Està composat de varis edificis., el central on està la recepció i el restaurant. El persobal de recepció es molt amable. L’habitació que ens varen asignar era molt gran,amb llits molt comode d’una categoria superior al que haviem pagat. Un bon esmorzar. Un hotel car però que val la pena allotjar-se."

"We loved this hotel!!! Every aspect exceeded our already high expectations. The location is amazing overlooking the mountains and super close to the ski hill. A local informed us that Suvretta is one of the most luxurious areas of Switzerland, but the price for quality of this particular hotel is very reasonable due to its non-profit nature! The breakfast, the spa, and the room itself were all fantastic and the staff were very friendly!! We can’t wait to come back!!"

"Breakfast and dinner are the weaker points of this hotel. The breakfast selection is the same every day and quite limited. Dinner is similar—little variety and average quality considering the price of the half board. I would recommend eating at nearby restaurants instead. Even though there was still plenty of time left, the staff started clearing tables and made us feel rushed to leave while we were still sitting and talking with our friends."

"A beautiful hotel in a privileged location with a magnificent view of the mountains of St. Moritz. The room was sufficiently spacious and welcoming, well furnished and cozy, and equipped with every possible comfort. The bed was large and very comfortable, as were the pillows. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a wonderful selection of local cheeses and various types of jams to pair with them. The bread was also outstanding. The restaurant, beautiful and very inviting, served us an excellent fondue. Room service was impeccable, as was the information provided and the communication with the staff. The hotel also has a spa, small but more than adequate for relaxation, with a splendid heated outdoor whirlpool pool overlooking the snow-covered mountains. In addition, the hotel offers a shuttle service by reservation to and from the station and the town center, which helps save a significant amount of money. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"I would have appreciated finding slippers in the room and disposable slippers for the spa, as we had to walk barefoot. Personally, I also prefer a warm and soft bathrobe rather than a towel, along with a few extra touches such as conditioner, body lotion, and basic oral care products. That said, these are minor details and do not in any way detract from the overall quality of the services provided."

"While the hotel's location is not within easy walking distance to St Moritz village, the hotel's free shuttle bus made access to both the village and train station both comfortable and easy. We stayed in a swallows nest room which was small but very functional and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel breakfast offered a nice variety of food choices from cereals, a continental selection and hot food selection. The spa and wellness centre open from 2pm to 9pm on site was a lovely way to relax and unwind at the end of a long day of travel or for those involved in winter sports activities. The hotel staff throughout our stay were all friendly and most helpful from the shuttle driver, reception and restuarant staff."
