"The property and location was lovely, as we were touring around and this gave us a great place to make meals and sleep. |The kitchen was well appointed, the BBQ worked very well."
"We needed to use the pull out couch for one of the guests. Upon arrival, we asked if there were linens in the cottage for the pull out and no, the clerk would bring them later. When we wanted to go to bed, we called the office to ask again for the linens. We had to walk down to get them in the dark. There was only one sheet and one pillow; when we asked for a second sheet, the clerk actually argued with us that we did not need a second sheet. Well, yes I wanted a second sheet, I make my bed properly, reluctantly, she brought a second sheet, much later and no pillow. I expect a properly made bed when I rent accommodations and I expect no arguments. When we dropped off the keys upon departure, she did not smile, or say a word. Very rude woman. I asked if she was the owner, she said yes; but I highly doubt a owner would be so rude."
