"Free ski rack and also to dry your ski boots. well located. Baker Street is the main street of Nelson. lots of bars and restaurants at walking distance. Nice place to meet backpackers"

"Visitors should be aware that the hours the Reception is closed also means the hostel itself is locked to non-guests. ie: if you're arriving a few hours before check-in time and hoping to ditch your bags, this won't be possible. Staff are super helpful and I'm sure would try to accommodate if given enough notice, but I reached out two days before arrival and didn't receive a response. I checked out in the morning, but I imagine you might have a similar issue if wanting to leave bags after checkout. Bag storage is typically one of the benefits of staying in a hostel/hotel rather than an AirBnb, so if there was a better way to accommodate this, that would be fabulous! Otherwise an excellent place."
