"The staff is top notch. We had 2 seperate issues at different times and the manager was on it, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Had 1 request before arrival and they made sure we were accommodated."
"Only complaint I can think of, and I dont know if it is all the rooms... why no toilet lid? I didn't bring it up while there as that seems like a choice they made and it is what it is."
