"The location of this hotel is really great, it’s close to the main plaza. They also organized a taxi service for me when I had to get back to the airport in the middle of the night. The staff was very friendly in general and could answer all of my questions. They even had a little heater in the room."

The staff understood the situation, and arranged to pack up my things and have them waiting for me after I was discharged from hospital. Everything worked in the room, though it was and felt a bit basic"
